Tire manufacturer Continental organized on 25 June 2008 their second track day this year to promote their motorbike tires to the customers. People who bought a set of Continental tires at the dealer could subscribe for this event at their local Continental dealer.

Many people subscribed for this event and they could drive 5 sessions on the race circuit of Zolder in Belgium. There were also a few famous Belgian pilots on the track like: Werner Daemen, Jo Huyskens, Johan Larmenier and Erdal Karabulut.

Continental Manager Marketing Services & Communication, Ludo Hendrickx gave us a brief overview from one of their top tires, the “ContiSport Attack”:

Continental is also the official sponsor of the “UEFA Euro 2008” and has been named an Official Sponsor of the 2010 FIFA World CupTM in South Africa in the tires product category. Continental also has an option to extend its sponsorship until the 2014 FIFA World CupTM in Brazil.
