Instructions For Use

Viewing the contest entries

There are a number of ways to view the contest entries. This is our main Professional Gallery Library and you will see a number of photo galleries showing contest entries for each week of the contest.

We have divided the entries into these galleries to make viewing and voting for a specific entry easier.  Each page in the gallery will contain 20 thumbnail images with the photographers names.

If you would like to recommend specific photographers images, simply note the Gallery it is in and the page number (see URL as well). As each gallery closes a new one opens.  The CLOSED galleries will not change, so it will make it easier to locate your photos and get others to vote for you.

The only gallery that will change the location of an image is the active gallery that is still accepting new images.  The last entry in an active gallery will be the first one that appears in that gallery, it is sorted in the last entry first order.

Viewing & Voting

By clicking on any photo, our system will display a larger view and if you mouse over the left or right side of that image you can scroll to see the other images on that gallery page.  You may also open any image to the larger view by clicking on the links below the thumbnail image.

If you would like to get an overview of all images before you begin to vote, you can view them in the thumbnail gallery pages and click on those you want to view in a larger size. If you prefer, you can also see the images in a slideshow and finally a full PicLens display with thumbnails.  Try them all and see which you prefer.
