Email Templates
Members will now have access to a password protected directory that will contain a number of templates they can use to help them gain media access to events, some to advise an article has been published, others that will ensure proper communication between the member and the companies they request access to cover their events.
You will also find many templates that will be useful in general correspondence between you and people you interviewed, met at shows, public relations personnel, show organizers, exhibitors, subjects in your photos and much more. Our templates should be used as a guide and we advise you to modify them to suit your needs. We believe a good profile on our site, publishing the articles and photos you have written or shot of an event and clear communications with the people that you have begun a relationship at various companies and personnel in charge of dealing with the media is vital to your success.
Please email us to obtain your Login for access to our private directory of templates. This is a members only directory and may only be accessed by current IPA Members In Good Standing. Email us at: support@internationalpress.com, include your full name and IPA member ID number.
